Easy keto omelette recipe with low carb ingredients. Make this breakfast meal on the keto diet.


Chop and cook the bacon on medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon pieces and leave the rendered fat in the pan. Add butter.

Vigorously whisk the eggs and cream, then pour onto the hot pan. Add the ingredients to one side. Flip the other side over when firm. Turn off the heat and cover with a lid. 

Cooking Tips

  • Add more eggs and ingredients, then split the omelette in half for two.
  • Half of the omelette usually cooks faster than the other half. Put your ingredients on the less cooked side, then flip the more cooked side.
