Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine the crust ingredients in bowl, then knead them into a dough ball. View my Keto Pie Crust for full instructions.
Grease a 9 count muffin tray with butter. Divide the dough into 9 equal portions, then place them into the muffin tins. Press and move the dough around each tin until completely covered.
Evenly divide grated cheese and chopped herbs amongst the muffin tins. Vigorously whisk the eggs and cream together. Pour the mixture evenly into each tin. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked all the way through. Bon appétit!
