Keto omelette recipe with low carb ingredients. Make this breakfast recipe on the ketogenic diet with blueberries.


Finely chop the arugula and whisk the eggs and cream together. 

Melt the butter in a pan on medium/high heat. Pour in the whisked eggs. Cook for about 1 minute with the lid on top. Add the arugula, cream cheese, and blueberries to one side. Fold the other side over when firm.

Turn off the heat and cover with a lid. Rest for a couple minutes and serve.

Cooking Tips

  • Vigorously beating the eggs adds air for fluffy texture.
  • Freeze berries, then let them thaw. Frozen water crystals expand to break the cell walls and expose hidden sweetness.
  • One side of the omelette usually cooks faster than the other side. Flip this side over. Put the ingredients on the less cooked side. 
  • Use organic eggs & grass-fed dairy for best ingredients.
