Keto Chicken Wings
Low carb chicken wings with high fat
- 12 Whole Chicken Wings
- 3 tbsp. Avocado Oil
- 1/2 tsp. Mineral Salt
- 1/4 cup Hot sauce
- 6 tbsp. Ranch Dressing or Homemade Ranch
- Optional: Spices, Celery Sticks
Chop raw chicken wings into individual pieces. Use a sharp knife and aim for the joint. Wash and sanitize tools/surfaces that touched the raw meat!
Place wings in a baking dish. Coat with salt and oil. Bake at 400° F for about 50 minutes. Stir once at the halfway point. Remove and cool. Toss the wings in your favorite hot sauce and spices. Serve with a high fat dressing like our Homemade Ranch
