Keto Breakfast Eggs
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp. Butter or Herb Butter
- 3 tbsp. Sour Cream
- Handful of Toasted Nuts or Toasted Seeds
- Mineral Salt & Black Pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh Herbs, Cheese
Fry eggs in herb butter on medium/heat. Put sour cream on the plate first. Place eggs on the sour cream. Pour herb butter from the pan on top. Garnish with toasted nuts, salt & pepper.
