Keto Deviled Eggs
Classic deviled eggs recipe for a keto snack. Store in the refrigerator for snacks all week.
12 Large Eggs
1/2 cup Mayonnaise (Mayo Recipe)
1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp. Yellow Mustard
1/2 tsp. Mineral Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
Optional: Paprika, Herbs, Spices, Nutritional Yeast
Hard boil eggs: Place eggs in a pot and cover with warm water. Bring to boil on high heat, then simmer on low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes occasionally stirring. Strain water and immediately submerge eggs in ice water for 2-3 minutes.
Peel eggs. Cut lengthwise & remove egg yolks. Crush yolks in a bowl, and mix all ingredients until smooth. Carefully spoon the mixture back into the eggs. Garnish with paprika, herbs, and spices. Refrigerate in a closed container.
Keto Cooking Tips
- Submerging eggs in ice water helps with peeling.
- Boil eggs in batches of 12 or less.
