Keto Ingredients

  • 12 Jalapeno Peppers
  • 6 oz Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • Pinch of Himalayan Salt
  • Optional: Spices, Nutritional Yeast, Toasted Seeds

Keto Cooking

Chop peppers lengthwise and at the tops (view photo). Scoop out seeds with a small spoon. Bake peppers at 450°F for 10 minutes.

Mix cheeses and spices in a bowl. Stuff into peppers. Add toasted seeds and nutritional yeast on top (optional). Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown.
