Our keto oatmeal recipe is a savory variation of regular oatmeal. Hemp seeds have a great balance of fat, protein, and fiber. They are high in omega-3 fatty acids. Try our Keto Cereal for another quick and easy breakfast.
- 1/2 cup Hemp Seeds
- Handful of Leafy Greens
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Water
- Mineral Salt & Black Pepper to taste
- Optional: Toasted Nuts, Toasted Seeds, herbs, sour cream, bacon, and more.
Finely chop leafy greens. Mix all ingredients in a closed container and cook in the microwave for 1 minute. Alternatively, cook in a small pot on medium heat for 5 minutes. Garnish with optional ingredients.
