Our keto oatmeal recipe is a savory variation of regular oatmeal. Hemp seeds have a great balance of fat, protein, and fiber. They are high in omega-3 fatty acids. Try our Keto Cereal for another quick and easy breakfast.

Keto Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Hemp Seeds
  •  Handful of Leafy Greens
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • Mineral Salt & Black Pepper to taste
  • Optional: Toasted Nuts, Toasted Seeds, herbs, sour cream, bacon, and more.

Keto Cooking

Finely chop leafy greens. Mix all ingredients in a closed container and cook in the microwave for 1 minute. Alternatively, cook in a small pot on medium heat for 5 minutes. Garnish with optional ingredients.

  • Add your favorite ingredients like cheese, hot sauce, herbs, spices, blueberries, sausage, bacon, nutritional yeast, etc..
  • Always use organic dairy & greens for best ingredients.
