Keto yogurt recipe for Keto Smoothies and Keto Shakes. This is a very easy recipe! Always sterilize the equipment. Only leave it out for only 1-2 days.

Keto Ingredients

  • 2 cans Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • 2 capsules Probiotic Supplements or 1/4 cup premade Coconut Yogurt*
  • Jar & lid

Keto Cooking

Sterilize the jar and lid with boiling water. Shake the can of coconut milk well, then pour into the jar. Open gel capsules and sprinkle in probiotic bacteria. Close with lid and shake well. Unscrew the lid and place on top (do not close entirely). Rest at room temperature for 1 to 2 days. More time equals more tangy flavor. Do not rest for more than 2 days.

Keto Cooking Tips

  • Use 1/4 cup of coconut yogurt as starter for the next batch. You wont have to use probiotic capsules again!
