Some of these recipes are higher in protein, so they are not strictly keto. It's ok vary your meals from time to time, especially if it helps you stick to a diet.

Low Carb BLT Wrap

Cooking

Cook the bacon on medium heat until crispy. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the tomato.

Place two leaves of lettuce and a few slices of tomato on a tortilla. Generously spread on the mayo or ranch then add bacon. Salt and pepper.

Roll into a wrap. Fold the bottom end of the wrap over the ingredients, then fold the side in half and tightly roll together.

Cooking Tips

  • Save the bacon grease for cooking. Use it like butter.

Avocado Cheese Wrap

Easy low carb wrap recipe with avocado. Add salt to bring out the flavor of the avocado.

Cooking

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Grate the cheese. Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and thinly slice.

Place two lettuce leaves on a tortilla, then spread on the mayo or ranch. Place the avocado on top and sprinkle on the cheese. Salt and pepper. 

Roll the tortilla by folding the bottom half over the ingredients, then roll one side up and over. Keep the roll tight.

Cooking

Wash, chop, and slice the peppers. Thinly slice the raw steak, then sanitize the area.

Sauté the veggies with avocado oil on medium heat until tender. Sauté the steak until brown. Salt and pepper. Add the cheese on top. Turn off the heat and cover with a lid. The cheese will melt with the residual heat. 

Put a spatula full of ingredients on the tortilla. Fold the bottom over the ingredients, then fold and tightly roll the wrap together. Hold the ingredients together as you roll and keep the wrap tight.

Chop and cook the bacon on medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and let the grease remain. Add butter to the pan, then the whisked eggs.

Scramble the eggs until desired. Turn off the heat and add the cheese on top. Close the pan with a lid and let the residual heat melt the cheese for a couple minutes.

Place half the eggs and cheese on a tortilla and garnish with bacon. Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the ingredients, then roll one side over. Keep the roll tight.

Cook the ground sausage on medium/high heat until brown. Remove from the pan and add butter.

Whisk the eggs and scramble until desired. Mix in the sausage, cream cheese, and optional herbs. Turn off heat and place a lid on top for a couple minutes to melt the cream cheese.

Scoop half the ingredients onto a tortilla. Fold the bottom of the wrap over the ingredients, then roll one side of the tortilla across. Keep the roll tight.
