Keto Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Canned Pumpkin
  • 1 cup Full Fat Coconut Milk or Coconut Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Crushed Ice
  • 1/4 tsp. Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Ginger Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon Powder
  • Pinch of Mineral Salt
  • Stevia Sweetener to taste
  • Optional: Chia Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, pinch of Black Pepper

Keto Cooking

Mix all ingredients in a blender for 20 seconds. Add pumpkin seeds at the end for crunch. Share & enjoy!

  • Black pepper increases the potency of turmeric. Only add a little.
  • Blending adds air for fluffy texture.
