Keto Quiche Lorraine
Quiche lorraine made with bacon or ham. Try my Keto Spinach Quiche.
- 8 strips Bacon or Sliced Ham (8 oz)
- 6 oz. Cheddar Cheese
- 5 Eggs
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 tsp. Mineral Salt
- Optional: Mushrooms, Peppers, Fresh Herbs

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Chop and cook the bacon on medium/high heat until tender. If you are using ham, just dice it into small pieces.
Vigorously whisk eggs and cream together. Pour the liquid over the quiche. Use a fork to move around the ingredients until evenly mixed.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown. Cut into the quiche to check if it is cooked all the way through. Enjoy!
