Keto Spinach Quiche
Use spinach or a medley of your favorite power greens. Try my Easy Breakfast Quiche with herbs.
- 3 handfuls of Spinach (4-5 oz.)
- 1.5 cups Sharp Cheddar (6 oz.)
- 5 Eggs
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 tsp. Mineral Salt
- Optional: Arugula, Kale, Asparagus, Broccoli, Nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Wash, dry and chop the spinach. Spread the spinach, cheese, and salt evenly throughout the pie.
Optional: lightly sauté the spinach for 1-2 minutes. Squeeze out any excess water. You can double the amount of spinach with this method.
Whisk the eggs and cream together. Pour across the quiche. Use a fork to move around the ingredients and evenly spread them throughout the quiche.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown. Cut in with a knife to check if it is cooked all the way through. The finished quiche should be firm and not runny.
