- 1 cup Crushed Ice
- 2 tbsp. Almond Butter
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- Stevia Sweetener to taste (6-7 drops)
- Pinch of Mineral Salt
- Optional: Sliced Almonds, Flaxseed, Nutmeg, Cinnamon
*Use full fat Coconut Milk instead of heavy cream for a dairy-free shake.
